Purdue University's Lambert Field baseball stadium-style bleachers with approximate capacity of 750 to 800 seats.
The winning bidder agrees to accept total responsibility to disassemble, load, transport and re-assemble the bleachers at their site, providing all necessary labor and materials to do so. Disassembly can begin May 18, 2012, and must be completed - with all bleachers removed from the Lambert Field site in their entirety - no later than 5 p.m. on June 1, 2012. Condition of bleachers is "as is", and the winning bidder accepts full responsibility of bleacher condition, method of future use and safety of the structure beginning at the time of disassembly and thereafter. There is no warranty on the bleachers and no return of said items will be accepted. The winning bidder accepts all liability in disassembly, loading, transporting and reassembly and must make full payment before disassembly commences.
Additionally, the winning bidder must provide proof of insurance for the following: General Liability - $1.0 million per occurance and aggregate Auto Liability - $1.0 million combined single limit Worker's Compensation - statutory minimums.
