Lambert Field Scoreboard
Purdue University’s Lambert Field Daktronics scoreboard.
The winning bidder agrees to accept total responsibility to detach, load, transport and re-assemble the scoreboard on their site, providing all necessary labor and materials to do so. Removal can begin May 18, 2012, and must be completed – with the scoreboard removed from the Lambert Field site in its entirety – no later than 5 p.m. ET on June 1, 2012. Condition of the scoreboard is considered “as is,” and the winning bidder accepts full responsibility of the scoreboard condition, method of future use, and safety of the structure beginning at the time of detachment and thereafter. There is no warranty on the scoreboard and no return of said items will be accepted. The winning bidder accepts all liability in detachment, loading, transporting and re-assembly and must make full payment before detachment commences.
Additionally, the winning bidder must provide proof of insurance for: General Liability - $1.0 million per occurance and aggregate Auto Liability - $1.0 million combined single limit Worker's Compensation - statutory minimums. Any questions may be directed to Steve Simmerman at 765-494-3143.
